Material Capabilities

High-Strength Thermoplastics
High-strength materials like carbon fiber-reinforced nylon can be used to produce parts for more demanding applications. Thanks to JuggerBot’s patented extrusion system, you can process filaments with the highest degree of reinforcement.

Flexible
Thermoplastics
Flexible materials can be used to produce functional parts that may be bent, bowed or twisted without breaking. The push-pull forces of JuggerBot’s patented extrusion system mitigate the issues typically found when using flexible materials.

High-Temperature Thermoplastics
High-temperature thermoplastics can operate in environments up to 260C. JuggerBot’s printers include a dryer, temperature-controlled build chambers, heated build plates and hot ends capable of reaching industry-leading temperatures.
“JuggerBot 3D has proven to be a valued partner, responding quickly to market demands with their machine capabilities and ability to print quality, highly functional parts.”
