With JuggerBot 3D’s Adjustable Position Extruder System (APEX), users can print complex parts using two materials, or double their throughput with Duplication Mode.

DUPLICATION MODE

Two extruders are fixed on our single system, leading to doubled throughput for higher production runs. Run a high variety of performance thermoplastics through duplication mode through two Strangpresse Model 14 extruders in our enclosed LFAM Pellet 3D Printer.

MULTIPLE MATERIAL MODE

Print complex forms through breakaway/soluble materials in order to create supported parts. Enable complex geometries in drawings in order to create greater confidence in print success. Allow support materials to dissolve in order to build parts that would otherwise fail in the execution of a print.
